Stock, Deliveries and Covid 19
Unfortunately, Covid 19 has impacted on our stock availability and delivery times. Whilst we aim to achieve our standard delivery times stated please be mindful of the impacts of Covid 19. Regrettably the impact on our supply chain is going to be felt for some time.
Once you have placed your order we will be in contact to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery timescales. Where delivery times differ to our normal timeframes, we will make this clear to you.

How long will it take? - here's what you can expect:
Small items (e.g. tableware) - generally within 7 working days.
Larger items (e.g. artwork, mirrors, furniture) - generally within 30 working days.
Made To Order items - generally between 8 to 12 weeks for manufacture. Upon completion your item will be prepared for delivery which usually takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on location, but please allow up to 3 weeks.
Orders outside mainland GB - We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight or Ireland.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to return any item for a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and repacked in the original packaging. Made To Order and Special Order items, including paint, are non-returnable and are excluded from our 14 day returns policy.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty or damaged item.
