FLAT RATE DELIVERY :- Only pay a single delivery charge no matter how many items you order. Your delivery charge will be calculated at the rate of your largest item.

Orders outside mainland GB* - we don't currently deliver outside of Mainland GB. We are working on it, but until we are certain we can ensure our service standards we aren't able to offer this service. Sorry!
(*Outside mainland GB includes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly).
How long will it take? - here's what you can expect:
| Small items (e.g. tableware) | Generally within 7 working days |
| Larger items (e.g. artwork, mirrors, furniture) | Generally within 30 working days |
| Made To Order items | Generally between 8 to 12 weeks for manufacture. Upon completion your item will be prepared for delivery which usually takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on location, but please allow up to 3 weeks. |
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return any item for a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and repacked in the original packaging. You have a further 14 days once you have notified us of your return to return your item to us. Made To Order and Special Order items, including paint, are non-returnable and are excluded from our 28 day returns policy.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty or damaged item.
